On the way to Amsterdam we were almost under sail the entire time. First we had to get out the Gouwzee against wind through the channel. The waves were enormous. We passed the Paard van Marken with half wind and encountered 4 very luxurious boats, worth millions further south. There were very impressive, but the waves from it were not so nice. The day started with wind force 3 to 4 Beaufort from north-east, but was less the afternoon. At 16:30 we arrived at Jachthaven Het Jacht where we started a scavenger hunt, organized by my sister which ended in the Mac Donalds in the city centre.

The Jachthaven we moored for 2 days is a bit of a walk to the city centre:
